Registration begins January 2, 2007 and closes April 19, 2007. We expect that the majority of participants will have on-line access to the IJT, and will not need to receive a hardcopy of the proceedings. The proceedings are expected to appear in 4-5 special issues, and per issue costs are currently estimated at $59 (USD) for those who wish to purchase paper copies.
