A limited number of display spaces will be available near the meeting rooms for exhibitors wishing to participate in TEMPMEKO 2007. Mount Temple C can accommodate 12 booths (2.4 m x 3 m) and Heritage Hall can accommodate 8 booths of similar dimensions, as may be seen on the exhibits layout . A $1,500 fee is requested per booth space. Each booth will be provided with a backwall drape, a sidewall drape, a skirted table, 2 folding chairs, and a wastebasket as standard items included within the base fee. GES CANADA is the official service contractor for the conference. Please see the Exhibitor Services and Forms document for additional information regarding shipping, etc. Exhibitors will contract directly with GES for items in addition to the standard ones described above. Exhibitors requiring electricity at their booth must contract directly with the Chateau Lake Louise. Please see the Electrical Order Form for details. In addition to the booth space, exhibitors will receive: · Inclusion in the opening remarks by the Conference Chair · Reference in the Exhibitors list on the TEMPMEKO 2007 web site · Link to the Exhibitor's website from the TEMPMEKO 2007 web site · Placement of Exhibitor’s Logo on the TEMPMEKO 2007 Exhibitors banner. · Admission to the scientific presentations Sponsors ($7,500 or more) will receive the above plus · Inclusion of Exhibitor’s materials in the conference bag consisting of a product brochure (no more than 2 pages). · Specific mention at the sponsored event (dinner - $15,000; lunch - $7,500; breakfast - $7,500; coffee break - $2,500) To maximize opportunities to meet and discuss matters of mutual interest with the conference attendees, exhibitors are encouraged to purchase the optional meal plan for their on-site representatives at $775 per person. This includes admission to: · Welcome Reception (Sunday evening) · All Breakfasts, Lunches, Dinners, and Coffee Breaks (Monday thru Thursday, see the program) with the notable exception of the Tuesday evening dinner at the Brewster Barn, for which a separate ticket must be purchased (subject to availability, due to the limited capacity of the venue) The conference proceedings, consisting of 4-5 special issues of the International Journal of Thermophysics, can be provided at cost (currently estimated at $59 US per issue) to those interested in receiving a hardcopy of the scientific program.
