A block of 200 The cost of our meeting rooms is based on, and subsidized by, the number of hotel room nights booked by our group, so please help us in avoiding a substantial budgetary shortfall by making sure that you identify yourself as a TEMPMEKO attendee when making your reservation. Should room bookings fall short of our target, we would need to increase registration fees by $200 to $400 per participant (the actual amount dependent on the number of attendees) to maintain a balanced budget. Should our block of rooms sell out, we will negotiate with the hotel to secure additional space at the published rates, but we are unable to guarantee the substantially discounted prices for additional rooms. That being the case, please make your reservations sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment. The hotel has established a reservations due date of Room prices listed below are exclusive of the Provincial Hotel Room Tax
(4%) and the Federal Goods and Services Tax (6%). Please note that there is
